You Must Be Out Of Your Brilliant Mind

I have two (2) brilliant (in my opinion) ideas. One is for a film and the other is for a television series and I don’t know what to do with these ideas.
I know how to write a film treatment, but after that… what do I do with it?
What do I do about the television series idea? Who do I pitch these things to? Who do I hire to pitch them for me? How do I hire someone to pitch them for me and not get screwed in the end?
I don’t even want to write about them here because I fear them being stolen. You see, they are just that good.
