I survived the root canal with little problem. The dentist that did it was good, patient, kind, and had a sense of humour.  The procedure itself barely hurt (after the initial novocaine injection).  Almost immediately afterward though… pain! Bigtime, throbbing pain. The novocaine wore off really fast.

I spent most of yesterday after the appointment just staring at the television and sleeping in little bits. I’m much better today.  I’m on antibiotics and painkillers and feeling pretty indestructable.  I don’t plan on testing out my immortality, though.  No running in front of buses for me.

I think the meds make me a little weird, though. I mean weird for me. Which is already pretty damn weird.
