I survived the root canal with little problem. The dentist that did it was good, patient, kind, and had a sense of humour. The procedure itself barely hurt (after the initial novocaine injection). Almost immediately afterward though... pain! Bigtime, throbbing pain. The novocaine wore off really fast.
