Me? Still a geek.

I got weirdly excited to see this in the latest email from ThinkGeek.com.

What is it? It’s a DIY blood type test kit. A little water and a few drops of blood and you too can find out your blood type. The down side is the kit’s only good for one test, so you can’t go around typing all your friends and coworkers.

I can type all my friend, at least. Because he doesn’t know his blood type and frankly, that bothers me.

TRUFAX: I’ve got this weird little… I don’t want to call it a “fetish” so let’s just call it a “thing” about blood types. I like knowing them. I know the blood types of my parents and several of my friends. But Kitti’s? I don’t know it. He doesn’t know it.

It’s as if this kit were made just for us.

  2. *sigh* …Sadly, even my blood type is boring: “O positive.”

Being the most common blood type, I give about once or twice a year, and I get calls from Inova and Red Cross every couple of months: “there’s a shortage in your area, won’t you give?”

  3. I’m actually willing to put money on the fact that Kitti is also O-pos.

    I’ve never given blood.
