Thanks to quick Kittiboi fingers, we now have two tickets to the July third Morrissey show. It’ll be at The Ram’s Head in Downtown Baltimore.

A little excited? Yep. Just a bit.

We’ve also got our memberships for Balticon 41. This year’s won’t be as great as last year’s (the GoH last year was Neil Gaiman), but we’re hoping for more Dr Who stuff in the merch room. I’d love to get my hands on an Eccleston-as-The Doctor action figure. Or a Tom Baker one. Aaaand maybe a wee K-9.

My most recently uploaded photos to Flickr now show up on the sidebar. My most recent books in LibraryThing show up there, too. Then I thought that sidebar was looking kind of lengthy. So I plugged in a theme switcher (and added that to the sidebar) and you now have the choice of two columns or three columns, with just the books and the pix on the left side and the familiar stuff on the right.

Clever monkey!

Just click Two Column or Three Column depending on which you want. You might have to refresh the browser (hit F5) to see the change, but I promise you… it works!

I don’t really like embedding YouTube videos, but this one? This one I had to make sure you saw. Yes, even you in the back. Don’t try to pull your hat down over your eyes. I’m not falling for that trick.

You will now do the following:

  1. Click video
  2. Watch video
  3. Watch video all the way to the end
  4. Make noises like “aww” and “hee” a lot

WOOHOO!

TV Guide is reporting that Lady Heather is back! The professional dominatrix who gets CSI’s Gil Grissom all hot under the collar returns to the CBS series May 10 during sweeps. During this, her fourth stint on CSI, Melinda Clarke’s character could very well shed some light on Grissom’s secretive relationship with fellow CSI Sara Sidle. “He’s a fascinating character to go after,” Clarke teases. “And who doesn’t love a good triangle?” The writers are still working on a final draft of the script, so how Grissom resolves his personal issues and the problem of that pesky miniature killer in the season’s second-to-last episode remain a mystery.

I suddenly have a reason to watch CSI again.

Oh. Yeah. Kitti. Show last night. Fantastic and super and pictures and video will be online later. We’re busy leading the glamourous rockstar life right now. I’m going to the bank and he’s cleaning up cat puke. But he’s doing it whilst wearing a feather boa and pleather pants1.

1Not really.
