I've been driving around with EZ-Pass and a GPSr with active antenna for years now, and have never experienced a problem with the transponder being read.

However, placing the xpdr too close to the upper edge of the windshield will tend to cause problems.  It really needs to be a good 4" from the top of the glass.</description>

		<description>Where did you place your e-z pass?  Check and see if your GPS antenna is easy to see on the car and place the pass somewhere else.  Your GPS antenna is likely on your rear view mirror mount, so placing the RFID unit near it will cause a mis-read.
