Dis or Dis?

Disoriented or Disorientated?
  • Either. It’s one of those pesky UK/US things.
  • Disorientated. It’s perfectly cromulant
  • Disoriented. It’s the only correct word.
  • Either. "Disorientated" is technically wrong, but has fallen into acceptable common use.
