The Ninth Strange Day

State Farm called to discuss my accident. I have a feeling I’m about to get royally screwed.

Edit:

State Farm tells me that the independent witness says that I went AROUND a car in front of me and ran the red light. Because there’s this witness saying this and I have no witnesses, if this goes to court, I will lose. First of all… why would I run a red light? Second, why would I go out of my way to run one?

Third… THERE WASN’T ANYONE IN FRONT OF ME AND THE LIGHT WAS GREEN.

There is no police report.

Now I’m sitting here at work crying like a little bitch.

I’m going to try to get in touch with the officer that responded, but I’m really tempted to just give up and let my insurance go up. Or get cancelled. Or whatever.
